EB: (Ezra Babski) You were born in Sofia and now live and work there. What’s your relationship with the city?

MN: (Mihail Novakov) My connection to the city has always been deeply rooted. As a young emerging artist, I was drawn to underground cultural movements — immersing myself in the punk and hardcore music scenes, as well as skateboarding.
