Studio Visit

There is no guarantee that a tidy studio will yield tidy art, yet that seems to be the case with Ghent-based artist Pei-Hsuan Wang. I’d already seen some of her ceramic sculptures before our meeting; given the richness of their forms and glazes, plus the very dusty nature of the medium (isn’t ceramics simply dirt mixed with water), I expect a messy workplace.
