Entering the Galerie Bailli shopping arcade at Avenue Louise 195 feels like a throwback in time. In the early 1970s, this place was the scene of numerous vibrant artistic encounters spurred on by Guy de Bruyn’s galerie d and artist-gallerist Fernand Spillemaeckers’ MTL, among others.
